The Gaston County Community should participate in the 2040 Vision Plan as the plan relates to Community Engagement. The community must work and collaborate with community groups, people of all races, neighborhoods, organizations, businesses, stakeholders for fairness, justice and empowerment. By being connected geographically and sharing special interest in similar situations helps to address issues affecting the well being of the Community for the strategic planned future growth of generations to come.
